• Projektowanie architektury chmurowej (AWS/Azure; GCP mile widziane) z komponentami AI jako integralnymi elementami systemu. • Analizę potrzeb biznesowych i przekładanie ich na rozwiązania techniczne, modele kosztowe oraz roadmapy zmian. • Współtworzenie ofert i presales: discovery, scoping, estymacje, prezentacje rozwiązań i udział w rozmowach z prospektami. • Wdrażanie i koordynację delivery – od PoC/MVP po produkcję, z naciskiem na jakość, niezawodność i observability. • FinOps – projektowanie pod koszty, kalkulacje TCO, mechanizmy optymalizacji zużycia i budżetu. • Automatyzację (CI/CD, IaC, DevOps) oraz standardy bezpieczeństwa i zgodności. • Warsztaty z klientami (ideation, architektura docelowa, decyzje technologiczne) i budowanie relacji na styku biznes–IT. • Mentoring i knowledge sharing w zespołach projektowych.
Job Requirements
- Silne doświadczenie w chmurze: bardzo dobra znajomość AWS i/lub Azure (architektura, usługi PaaS, bezpieczeństwo, sieci).
- Umiejętność obejmowania całości rozwiązania: od architektury po delivery i operacje (ownership).
- Praktykę z AI w chmurze: potrafisz projektować rozwiązania zawierające komponenty AI/ML (np. usługi managed AI, LLM-y, integracje MLOps), a w codziennej pracy wykorzystujesz AI‑copiloty do przyspieszania zadań inżynierskich (IaC, testy, dokumentacja).
- DevOps/Platform skills: CI/CD, IaC (np. Terraform), Kubernetes, monitoring/observability (np. Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry), dobre praktyki SRE.
- Rozumienie perspektywy biznesowej klienta i doświadczenie w wsparciu sprzedaży/presales (warsztaty, oferty, prezentacje).
- Bardzo dobry angielski – min. C1 w mowie i piśmie.

Our Risk Solutions team is currently seeking a Technical Consultant based out of Houston, San Antonio, or Austin, Texas. This is a full-time, exempt role. Position is eligible for a fully remote arrangement. POSITION OVERVIEW: Conducts high level technical evaluations and loss analysis of more complex prospective or existing policyholders in a consultative manner. Identifies and analyzes exposures and controls that will assist customers in risk mitigation and underwriting with risk selection/pricing. Delivers consultative and SME level technical support to policyholders, risk solutions staff, and underwriters. Develops and delivers quantitative and loss driven service strategies in collaboration with underwriting and agency partners to policyholders. Provides input on regional matters to the risk solutions and underwriting teams. May be assigned Specialist duties. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Conduct field surveys on prospect and existing policyholders and write reports for underwriting. - Develop and deliver meaningful service solutions. - Perform Specialist duties as assigned. - Keep current on required technical knowledge by line of business and/or industry. - Create and follow up on essential recommendations. - Develop effective relationships with underwriting and agency partners that drives continual collaboration. - Participate in underwriting pipeline, new business, and renewal meetings to provide RS perspective regarding exposure and controls. - Takes initiative to enhance risk solutions / industry knowledge through participation in educational programs and training sessions. - Communicates ideas or positions in a persuasive manner that build support, agreement, and commitment. - Coach / mentor newer in career staff as appropriate.
