• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles • Perform active sourcing/hunting of candidates across various platforms • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess behavioral and technical fit • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process • Manage multiple openings simultaneously with organization and agility • Maintain and track recruitment metrics • Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives • Assist in organizing employee campaigns and internal initiatives • Manage budget and support procurement of company promotional items • Work with resilience and proactivity in a highly competitive market
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Experience recruiting and selecting candidates for technology roles
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Experience with active sourcing/hunting (LinkedIn and other platforms)
- Organized for managing multiple openings and recruitment metrics
- Support for internal marketing/endocommunications actions (announcements, internal campaigns, events)
- Budget control and support for internal initiatives (e.g., company promotional items)
- Knowledge of ATS (such as InHire or similar) – a plus
- Experience providing structured feedback to candidates – a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to recruitment – a plus
- English – a plus
