This is about knowing the market better than anyone else, spotting talent where others don't even look, and making top Captains and FOs choose you over any other opportunity. - Proactively source Captains and FOs across Europe. - Build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates ready to move. - Understand what motivates pilots to switch and make them choose us. - Support our scaling fleet without reinventing recruiting processes. Qualifications - 3-5+ years in aviation recruiting (EASE environment), with proven cockpit hiring success in General Aviation. - A strong direct sourcing track record: you can reach top talent others can't. - Deep understanding of the EASA pilot market: salary, type-rating bonds, benefits, movement patterns. - Ability to negotiate with candidates and secure their commitment. - Hands-on mentality: you thrive on action, results, and building pipelines quickly. - Experience collaborating with Flight OPS and HR and actively participating in interviews and selection.
