**Responsibilities** **Campaign Build & Setup** - Build and launch search, display, and performance campaigns - Structure campaigns based on strategy and account needs - Implement keyword targeting and match types - Upload and manage ad creatives and extensions **Optimization & Performance Management** - Conduct ongoing campaign optimizations - Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance - Identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions - Monitor pacing and performance trends **Search Term & Negative Management** - Perform regular search term analysis - Identify irrelevant traffic and add negative keywords - Refine keyword targeting to improve efficiency - Maintain clean and scalable keyword structures **Reporting & Insights Support** - Support performance reporting and analysis - Flag performance changes and anomalies - Collaborate with senior team members on insights - Ensure data accuracy across platforms

Job Requirements
