• Manage social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) • Create and schedule regular social media posts with engaging copy and visuals • Produce and edit short-form video content (6-7 second clips) for distribution across platforms • Develop and maintain a consistent social media calendar • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build community • Stay current with social media trends and platform algorithm changes • Design and create custom brochures and one-page flyers • Develop marketing collateral that aligns with brand guidelines • Use design tools (such as Canva and similar platforms) for content creation and editing • Maintain portfolio of design work for review • Manage two distinct company brand presences: Fluid Cooling Systems and Velocity Pump and Controls • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across both entities • Understand and communicate the value propositions of both companies
Job Requirements
- Mid-level experience in social media management (not entry-level)
- Proven ability to manage social media calendars independently
- Strong experience creating, editing, and distributing digital content
- Proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Experience with short-form video content creation and editing
- Portfolio demonstrating brochure design and creative work
- Experience in industrial, B2B, or technical marketing (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
