• Most of the work focused on helpdesk and MS365 • Helpdesk work: ο new users and accounts setup, printer configurations, Network troubleshooting, new device setup, configuration and data migration, Migration of data from old to new devices, SharePoint, Intune, conditional access and other tasks • Troubleshooting issues with end clients • Phone and email/remote support • Remote IT support for our range of managed services customers, ranging from home users to local government entities • Cloud-focused support. That could be Microsoft 365 stack, it could be the configuration of DNS through to SSL Certificates. There will be on-prem infrastructure, as most customers are running Azure AD Sync. • Excellent DNS knowledge • Good understanding of Share Permissions, AD OU structure and NTFS Permissions • Kaseya Autotask PSA, CW Automate, CW Control and ITGlue are our primary tools • Ability to demonstrate your learning achievements • Willingness to upskill and develop your technical skillset
Job Requirements
- Requirement of 5+ years of IT Support Experience
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft 365, including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune & Conditional Access
- Prior experience of minimum 12 months within an MSP organisation where you are used to accounting for your time daily
- Personal characteristic of Integrity above all else

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a DoW Compliant Landing Zone on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role is critical in supporting the migration of applications and servers from on-premise VMware environments to OCI, ensuring compliance with stringent security standards and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Lift-and-Shift and Re-platforming strategies, with a strong background in cloud security, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This position requires the ability to lead DevOps and engineering operations teams to ensure seamless migrations and operational success. While the initial focus is on OCI, future work may expand to include multi-cloud environments, requiring a versatile and forward-thinking approach to cloud architecture. Position Overview The Senior Cloud Architect provides senior leadership to a team within an engineering organization supporting Health Mission Systems within Leidos. This role is accountable for technical oversight and direction across the Oracle Cloud Migration team reporting to the Chief Engineer. The Technical Lead works closely with their team and other technical teams to ensure alignment with Chief Engineer and customer specified system component transitions from on-prem to cloud service provider infrastructure.
