• You actively shape our Rooms Division processes across Ruby — strategically, pragmatically and grounded in the realities of our hotels • You develop standards not just on paper but so they truly work in everyday hotel operations • You support new openings hands-on, contribute your experience and lay the foundation for a strong start — from pre-opening phase to first check-in • You develop our Housekeeping Operations Managers through training, clear structures and guidance • You work on budgets, cost models and sustainable solutions that have impact beyond individual hotels • You ensure quality becomes measurable, benchmarkable and manageable • You work in a corporate environment but are regularly on the road in our hotels to stay close to day-to-day operations
Job Requirements
- You bring solid Rooms experience (ideally as Head of Housekeeping) and want to share your know-how across multiple properties
- You feel as comfortable in the “office” as you do in hotel operations and switch effortlessly between strategy and execution
- You enjoy leading, developing people and have a strong sense for quality in everyday practice
- You want responsibility, decision-making freedom and visible impact
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and keep an overview even on complex topics
- You have a confident command of hygiene, quality and safety standards and implement them pragmatically
- You use MS Office and PMS systems purposefully to make processes smarter and more transparent
- You feel at home in an international environment with frequent travel (approx. 50% travel) and communicate confidently in German and English; additional languages are a plus
