Senior Director, GTM Lead – Professional Services, P&C

Duck Creek Technologies

• Lead the sales function for professional services, setting clear revenue targets and driving execution to achieve and exceed goals using established sales management tools and processes. • The role will define our service offerings, manage a team to sell to new and existing customers and leverage market leading tooling and processes to support these efforts. • Collaborate with sales operations to provide effective reporting to ensure a clear line of sight to achievement of services sales targets. • Provide overall leadership and direction for solution architecture teams, including workforce planning, performance management, coaching, career development, and readiness to support sales and delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in P&C insurance enterprise services sales and architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and governing large-scale, enterprise, cloud-based software solutions.
