• Own end-to-end growth across SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle, and CRO. • Build and maintain a clear growth model linking traffic to activation to revenue. • Each quarter, identify and execute on the highest-impact growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, and conversion (e.g. SEO strategy shifts, paid campaign optimisation, onboarding improvements, CRO experiments). • Identify new acquisition opportunities and scalable channels. • Lead technical SEO, content SEO, and AEO. • Bring outsourced SEO back in-house and own performance directly. • Work closely with our content writer to shape SEO/AEO strategy, prioritise topics, build authority, and turn growth insights into high-impact content. • Build topic clusters, landing pages, and programmatic SEO initiatives. • Track rankings, competitors, traffic quality, assisted conversions, and revenue impact. • Own paid strategy and execution (search, paid social, software review sites, retargeting). • Manage budgets, CAC, and ROAS with commercial discipline. • Build and test ad creative, landing pages, and funnel experiments. • Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and positioning. • Improve trial-to-paid conversion by optimising acquisition quality, landing pages, onboarding flows, and lifecycle messaging - partnering with Product on activation experiments. • Run A/B tests on landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding journeys. • Partner with Product to influence activation and growth loops. • Own growth reporting and dashboards. • Track core metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution). • Turn data into clear weekly insights and recommendations. • Work closely with Product to connect marketing to product usage. • Use AI tools daily for research, copy, analysis, and experimentation. • Apply AI as a force multiplier - designing workflows and systems that significantly increase output, speed, and quality. • Partner with Product Marketing on campaigns, launches, and messaging. • Work with Product and Design on growth experiments and onboarding improvements. • Support Sales and Customer Success with lead quality insights and pipeline optimisation. • Collaborate closely with founders on growth strategy.

• Lead onboarding and implementation for larger customers. • Run adoption and optimisation reviews to help customers get maximum value from the product. • Help customers adopt Resource Guru effectively and achieve their desired outcomes. • Deliver training, product demos, and customer workshops where appropriate. • Help customers adopt new features and best practices. • Act as a strategic partner to key customers, helping them improve scheduling workflows, utilisation, and team planning. • Own a portfolio of customer accounts, including enterprise customers. • Map and manage key stakeholders within customer organisations to strengthen relationships and drive adoption. • Own and drive renewals and expansion opportunities. • Identify opportunities for deeper adoption, additional seats, or broader use across teams. • Maintain accurate account records and forecasts in HubSpot. • Monitor engagement and account health signals. • Use product usage data and engagement signals to identify adoption opportunities, expansion potential, and churn risks - and intervene where appropriate. • Track and improve key metrics such as gross retention, net revenue retention, and product adoption. • Share structured feedback with Product and Design teams. • Help identify opportunities to improve the product and customer experience. • Identify opportunities for customer advocacy, including case studies, testimonials, and references. • Help develop Customer Success playbooks, lifecycle programs, and best practices. • Contribute to building a scalable Customer Success function. • Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity and customer success workflows.
• Own how Resource Guru is positioned, packaged, and communicated. • Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and the founders. • Define and refine ideal customer profiles and segmentation to focus GTM efforts. • Own core positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions. • Develop personas, JTBD insights, and competitive narratives. • Partner with team on website copy and campaigns. • Lead product launches end-to-end: planning, messaging, internal enablement, and external comms. • Build and maintain sales collateral and support onboarding messaging. • Run customer interviews and research to inform positioning and roadmap. • Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, synthesis, and experimentation.
