Solventum
• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned AI products and capabilities, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and business unit priorities within a hub and spoke model. • Translate business needs into actionable AI requirements by owning the end to end backlog (epics, features, user stories) across data, models, integrations, and user workflows. • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value, balance impact, technical feasibility, risk, reuse, and compliance while enabling iterative delivery. • Define and track measurable business and model outcomes (e.g., value realization, adoption, accuracy, latency, cost to serve) to ensure solutions deliver intended results. • Embed Responsible AI and compliance by design by incorporating security, privacy, regulatory, and ethical AI requirements into acceptance criteria and release gating. • Serve as the primary business-facing owner by leading stakeholder alignment, managing expectations, accepting delivered increments, and driving adoption and continuous improvement of post release.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of job related experience or High School Diploma/GED from AND 11 years of the same job-related experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager delivering data, analytics, or AI enabled solutions in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience translating business needs into product requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML use cases
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., model lifecycle, training vs. inference, data dependencies, performance metrics) sufficient to partner effectively with data science and engineering teams
- Experience prioritizing and managing backlogs using Agile methodologies, with a focus on value realization, iterative delivery, and stakeholder alignment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non technical stakeholders.
