Product Operations Manager

Role Description Ontra is seeking a Product Operations Manager, AI & Systems, reporting to our Manager, Product Operations. We’re looking for someone excited to design and optimize operational systems, enhance AI-enabled workflows, identify and resolve workflow friction, and establish clear operational standards to elevate our legal technology products to new heights. What You’ll Do - Operational System Design: Develop and refine operational systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance the efficiency of Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams in delivering legal technology products. - AI Prototyping & Automation: Create and test prototype AI and automated solutions, ensuring their efficacy before broader implementation to streamline operations and enhance product development. - Workflow Optimization: Conduct audits of R&D processes to identify areas of friction and map system dependencies, followed by implementing scalable process improvements and establishing clear operational standards. - Tool Evaluation & Collaboration: Assess and identify tooling gaps, engage in conversations with vendors, and collaborate with Legal and Security teams to ensure the selection of appropriate solutions. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, GTM, and Operations teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and seamless execution of projects. - Implementation & Impact Measurement: Lead the implementation and rollout of process improvements, ensuring they are properly documented and their impact is measured to validate success and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications - 3+ years in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar roles. - Competence in applying AI tools to prototype or automate workflows. - Proven ability to build or enhance operational systems tailored for technical teams. - Demonstrated experience in evaluating and implementing tooling ecosystems effectively. - Possess a foundational understanding of APIs, automation concepts, light scripting, and low-code tools. Pay Transparency Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation.
