IMPACT BRANDS
• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Native Advertising platforms. • Develop and utilize Custom Audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Work cross-functionally with other departments, including the creative team, to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals. • Research and test new audience segments and creative strategies to improve campaign results. • Continuously optimize and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to meet KPIs. • Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies from concept to launch. • Perform other media buying tasks as required to support the overall advertising objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Native Ads campaigns on platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and social media best practices to optimize conversions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for social media, particularly in working with sports-related campaigns, with a commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations.

This role will be pivotal in shaping and amplifying ICF’s brand presence, driving demand generation, and accelerating partner-sourced revenue. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in partner marketing, channel development, and integrated campaign management, with a proven track record of building high-impact alliances and delivering measurable business outcomes.
