• Balance localization requirements with commercial efficiency • Manage the localization implementation strategies; and support APX Delivery organizations in determining partners have capability to deliver to scope, schedule, and quality (early engagement to accelerate partner readiness) • Build repeatable frameworks (contracting, governance, and partner management) • Strengthen Westinghouse's positioning with governments and important local partners

• Provide consecutive interpretation services between English and Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese/Korean/French/Haitian Creole across various industries (medical, legal, customer service, etc.) • Ensure complete accuracy, clarity, and neutrality in interpretation—preserving tone, intent, and emotion • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times • Manage call flow professionally, including respectfully intervening when clarification is needed • Demonstrate emotional intelligence, especially in high-pressure or emotionally charged interactions • Apply short term memory retention, active listening, and note taking techniques to manage longer exchanges • Remain strictly within the interpreter’s role without offering personal opinions or advice • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions to maintain and enhance performance • Utilize basic computer tools (MS Office, internal platforms) to effectively manage calls and log activity

• Demonstrate high-quality ASL - English interpretation in a variety of settings • Ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate industry standard of Code of Professional Conduct • Provide effective communication in a virtual services environment • Maintain a working knowledge and increased understanding of the subject matter to enable effective interpretation for all required disciplines • Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, preparation, and punctuality • Provide stellar professionalism to both internal and external customers • Work collaboratively and professionally with other interpreters during assignments

• Provide professional interpreting services primarily in healthcare settings • Conduct assignments entirely through phone or Zoom • Work on a regular basis, depending on the demand for specific languages and the interpreter's qualifications
