• Balance localization requirements with commercial efficiency • Manage the localization implementation strategies; and support APX Delivery organizations in determining partners have capability to deliver to scope, schedule, and quality (early engagement to accelerate partner readiness) • Build repeatable frameworks (contracting, governance, and partner management) • Strengthen Westinghouse's positioning with governments and important local partners
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or structural engineering
- Located in Europe
- 5 years of related large construction project experience including commercial and project development leadership roles.
- Experience in the nuclear industry in Europe and Canada.
- Prior customer-oriented and market assessment experience
- Specific knowledge of AP1000 design
- Manufacturing and major project construction experience
- Customer and result oriented
- Major construction project (EPC) experience and partnership development
- Have experience in the nuclear industry and basic understanding of the AP1000 procurement and engineering processes
- Prior executive engagement experience
- Support the preparations of comprehensive business plans for complex offerings.
- Perform technical, economic and risk assessments of complex suppliers/partner companies
- Will facilitate meetings and brainstorming events
