Role Description We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Transcript Editors, responsible for transforming raw recorded interviews into written and edited transcripts. Your primary tasks will include: - Rewriting and editing interview content to ensure clarity, coherence, and accuracy. - Attention to detail, grammar, and spelling to produce comprehensive transcripts. - A background in business is preferred. As a Transcript Editor, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with weekly assignments based on your availability. We provide training, daily guidance, access to tools, and resources to support your work. This role offers the potential for long-term collaboration with a fast-growing startup. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and grammar. - Ability to think critically. - Proficiency in Italian. - Proficiency in Spanish/German/French is a plus. - Interest in tech and finance is a bonus. Requirements - Availability to complete transcripts within the specified deadline. - Ability to work with confidential data; signing an NDA is mandatory. • Translate, review and post-edit machine translated content for KAYAK’s products and assets, tailored to the target market • Adhere to our style guides to deliver high-quality translations and creative transcreations • Translate and proofread content for various channels, including landing pages, blogs, newsletters, SEO content, social media, and other marketing materials • Conduct LQA and functionality checks to engage with the local audience • Perform thorough research to meet project requirements • Maintain and refine language-specific resources such as style guides and glossaries • Anticipate a lighter initial workload, with scope for increased involvement based on future projects

• Translate documents between various languages, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the original meaning and context. • Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services for meetings, conferences, workshops, and other events. • Proofread and edit translations for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand specific translation and interpretation needs and preferences. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Stay updated with industry terminology, language trends, and best practices. • Assist in the preparation of multilingual documents and presentations as needed.

• Translating official Manga/ Manhua/ Manhwa comics that we licensed to English. • Using our localization tool to adjust & make sure the translated texts fit into the text boxes. • Collaborating with proofreaders & quality checkers.
