• Drive the commercial success of the portfolio of ingredients, additives, nutrients, and functional systems for the food, health, and pharmaceutical industries • Provide solution-oriented technical advice to customers • Support product and application development with product specialists and application technologists • Manage and expand business with existing customers and develop new opportunities across the Benelux region • Achieve sales targets and drive projects from initial contact to successful implementation • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure smooth operational execution • Analyze the market and product range of suppliers to find new potentials • Responsible for making market strategy, purchasing, and selling of assigned product groups • Build close relationships with suppliers and customers • Conduct lab, small-scale, or industrial trials with customers
Job Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology
- Technical understanding combined with a strong commercial mindset
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Comfortable with MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM is a plus
- Willing to travel frequently within the Benelux and occasionally internationally
- Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development
- Exceptionally good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- High willingness to travel
- Very organized, reliable, positive thinking
- Valid driving license
