Morpho
• Own the full DevEx product vertical end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, to give external integrators a seamless building experience on Morpho • Conduct deep discovery with internal stakeholders (Integration & Growth teams) and external partners to map integrator needs and identify gaps in Morpho's current developer surface area • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap for Partner APIs, SDKs, and Agent flows, prioritized by integrator impact and business value • Work closely with a dedicated engineering team to ship resilient, enterprise-grade developer products on a predictable cadence • Analyze the competitive landscape across DeFi developer tooling to ensure Morpho's DevEx offering matches or exceeds the best in the market • Build feedback loops with existing integrators, curators, and partners to continuously improve documentation, reliability, and developer onboarding
Job Requirements
- Experience building and shipping crypto infrastructure or developer platform products (APIs, SDKs, developer tools)
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping products end-to-end
- 2+ years of professional or deep personal experience in DeFi
- Strong technical depth, enough to challenge engineers on architecture and trade-offs for mission-critical, highly resilient systems
- Clear, organized communicator who thrives in async, remote-first environments
- Output-oriented with a bias for shipping over planning
- Deep empathy for institutional DeFi users and builders, with the ability to translate their pain points into product decisions
