Job Description

Sales Development Representative

HKR

• Research and identify potential clients across industries like hospitality, wellness, retail, media, and PR. • Hunt down decision-makers and build qualified lead lists for outbound campaigns. • Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone follow-ups to generate interest and book meetings. • Prepare leads by understanding their business, needs, and fit with the client’s offering before outreach. • Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team. • Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean and updated with all outreach activities, lead statuses, and pipeline progress. • Collaborate closely with the US-based sales team via Slack to align on messaging and targeting. • Continuously improve outreach sequences, messaging, and lead qualification processes.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
  • You’ve got a proven track record of booking qualified meetings through outbound efforts.
  • Your research skills are sharp—you can quickly understand a business and identify the right contacts.
  • Your English is fluent and professional (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • You’re comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
  • You’re experienced with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) and know how to manage pipelines and sequences.
  • You’re organized, proactive, and can handle high outreach volumes without dropping the ball.
  • You’re available to overlap at least 4 hours daily with EST.
  • Bonus points if you’ve used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, or have experience with phone outreach.
