• Provide consulting, training, and support services to ensure successful deployments of cloud-based accounting software solutions for clients. • Work directly with Chief Financial Officers, IT directors, and end users to design solutions that access business insights, deliver reporting, and produce outcomes that impact business performance. • Conduct system analysis and documentation, configure the solution, create financial reports, and manage deployment. • Advise and guide clients through their journey from system selection to go-live and through post-implementation support and beyond. • Support internal and external sales efforts as needed.
Job Requirements
- Post-secondary education in finance/accounting, business, and/or information systems.
- Knowledge of or direct experience with native cloud accounting/ERP products (for example Sage Intacct, NetSuite) and industry trends.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong business analysis skills and knowledge of cloud technology.
- Ability to effectively manage project deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience delivering training to clients.
