Come join us! Location: Remote, United States (ET/CT Preferred) Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager, Revenue About the Team: The Global Talent Acquisition team is a high-performing group of recruitment subject matter experts who are committed to building strong partnerships with candidates as well as our internal stakeholders across the globe. We strive to provide exceptional, reliable recommendations and service, while fostering a flawless candidate experience. We value creativity, free-thinking/ideation as well as collaboration. It is our belief that bringing diverse perspectives and experiences together provides a strong foundation for both personal and professional growth and development. Who You Are: You’re a full-cycle recruiter with the confidence to lead searches independently and the humility to know every role—and every business—is different. You bring structure, urgency, and care to each hiring process, and you’re known for building trust on both sides of the table. At AlphaSense, you’ll be the engine behind teams that are scaling fast and hiring with intention. You’ll own outcomes, shape process, and work alongside a high-performing group that believes recruiting is a strategic function—not a service line. This is the right role for someone who’s energized by complexity, clarity, and closing. What You’ll Do: - Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions or departments, with minimal oversight. - Conduct structured intake meetings, capturing role requirements and influencing processes. - Design and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive talent pipelining for recurring, low-complexity roles. - Screen candidates, manage interview processes and handle offer negotiations. - Partner with hiring managers to define roles, processes, and interview panels - Leverage recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, DEI representation) to keep stakeholders informed and adjust search strategies as needed. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS data and generate reports to track progress against hiring goals. - Collaborate with the coordinator team to ensure seamless scheduling and communication - Champion inclusive hiring by sourcing from underrepresented talent pools and mitigating bias in process design. Requirements: - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment - Skilled in sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and stakeholder management - Experience using LinkedIn, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse), and sourcing tools - Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills - Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and educate stakeholders on best practices. - Commitment to delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience. What Defines Success: - You consistently fill roles on time and with high-quality candidates who meet hiring manager expectations. - Hiring managers trust your process and value your insights - You maintain clean, accurate ATS data and use reports to inform strategy. - You proactively identify and address process bottlenecks, improving recruiting efficiency. - You keep hiring managers, candidates, and teammates consistently informed, proactively managing expectations and ensuring smooth progress through the hiring process. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below. You may also be offered equity, and a generous benefits program. Compensation Range $45—$60 USD AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to a work environment that supports, inspires, and respects all individuals. In addition, it is the policy of AlphaSense to provide reasonable accommodation to qualified employees who have protected disabilities to the extent required by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances where a particular employee works.
