Outsourcing Advantage (OSA) is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Graphic Designer with deep expertise in branding to join our client's creative team. If you live and breathe brand identity, understand how to build a visual language from scratch, and thrive when managing projects independently — we want to hear from you In this role, you will take ownership of branding and graphic design initiatives, working directly with clients to shape their visual identity and marketing collateral. Your expertise will help elevate client brands and ensure their design assets are both compelling and effective. Key responsibilities include: - Lead end-to-end branding and graphic design projects, from initial concept through to final delivery. - Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, booklets, and other literature. - Collaborate directly with clients in a client-facing capacity, communicating clearly and professionally in English. - Work independently to manage multiple deliverables and maintain high-quality output. - Present a strong portfolio of real client branding work that is actively in use.

Job Requirements

  • Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of professional graphic design and branding experience
  • Proven ability to own end-to-end branding projects from concept through final delivery
  • Portfolio showcasing real client branding work currently in active use
  • Experience working independently as the primary owner of design deliverables
  • Expertise in designing marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, and booklets
  • Strong working proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma, InDesign PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, at a minimum of C1 level, are required for effective client-facing communication.
  • Availability to work in US Eastern Time (ET) business hours
  • Experience collaborating directly with external clients in a client-facing design role
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • UX/UI design experience
