The Data Analyst plays a central role in supporting data-driven decision making across Koin’s multi-brand e-commerce business. The position focuses on producing reliable KPI reporting while analysing data across key commercial functions including live commerce, marketing, product performance, and purchasing. This role is responsible for delivering daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting while identifying trends, opportunities, and performance insights across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, e commerce, finance, and operations to ensure data is understood, trusted, and used effectively. A key part of the role is the ability to translate complex data and technical analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, helping teams across the business make better informed decisions. In addition to reporting and analysis, the role will also contribute to improving data governance, developing KPI frameworks, and identifying opportunities for reporting automation and improved data processes. This is an individual contributor role with ownership over key elements of the business’s reporting and data management processes. Full training will be provided on Koin’s internal systems and tools, and the role is well suited to someone who is curious, analytical, and motivated to continually ask “why” when analysing data. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
