The Impact of an Executive Assistant at Coupa: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with 4-5 years of proven expertise in supporting multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) level executives. The successful candidate will be adept at managing complex calendars, arranging extensive travel, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Executive Business Partner to the CFO.
