Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (e.g. hire-to-retire, employee lifecycle, payroll, etc.)
  • Experience in HR GBS, HR Operations or HR IT environments
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar
  • Ability to map, analyze and optimize complex HR processes
  • Solid project management skills, experience in agile or waterfall environments is considered an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and a structured, problem-solving approach
  • Fluent in English, German skills are considered an advantage.
