Job Description

Working Student Data, BI Analyst

• Assist the team in developing and maintaining our core analytics stack, including data ingestion pipelines, transformation jobs, and reporting infrastructure for our hardware and supply chain operations. • Contribute to our codebase (in SQL & Python) to automate processes and improve data quality checks. • Create and maintain reports in Looker to get insights on everything related to our products, their life-cycle and the inner logistics of our supply chain management. • Act as a point of contact for the hardware team, helping them with adhoc data analyses, questions around reporting tools and prioritizing incoming analytics tasks. • Build new dashboards to analyse business processes and give recommendations based on the findings. • Help us improve our reports by identifying areas for enhancement and contributing to our technical documentation to ensure our tools are easy to use. • Actively participate in team meetings, learn about our architecture, and absorb as much knowledge as you can from our experienced team.

Job Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • You have hands-on experience writing code from university projects or personal projects
  • You are comfortable writing SQL queries to select, join, and transform data
  • You have gained initial experience in data visualization with Looker or comparable tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • You have a genuine passion for data and are highly motivated to learn the operational side of product management, procurement & supply chain management
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others to solve complex problems
  • Fluency in English is required and German is a strong plus.
  • Strong Plus for: Experience with Python
  • Experience with Looker or similar tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
