• Own and continuously improve end-to-end payments dashboards in Power BI • Maintain and optimize the payments BI infrastructure and data organization • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all payment KPIs • Standardize KPI definitions across Product, Operations, Finance, and Risk • Translate business questions into structured SQL queries and meaningful reporting • Lead ad-hoc investigations (authorization drops, decline spikes, PSP comparisons, recovery performance) • Proactively identify anomalies, performance trends, and emerging risks • Improve documentation and clarity of payment data models • Partner cross-functionally to ensure reporting aligns with operational reality

• Build and maintain end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions • Transform raw data into reliable, business-ready insights • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements • Ensure data accuracy and deliver scalable analytics • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Validate data accuracy and document logic and transformation rules

• Serve as a primary point of contact for answering client reporting or business development questions using clear, accurate data analysis. • Develop dashboards in Tableau to support client reporting, expanding patient populations and emerging clinical programs. • Apply business intelligence best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performant, meet production standards and aligned with business goals • Create analytical models in dbt to support Tableau dashboards and downstream reporting. • Use SQL and other tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from claims, EHR, HIE, and programmatic sources. • Complete analytics requests and ad-hoc reporting needs through Atlassian (e.g., JIRA), providing clear updates and prioritization. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and internal data teams to develop new tools and capabilities that improve operational efficiency.

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards y reportes avanzados para dar visibilidad al negocio y facilitar la toma de decisiones. • Trabajar junto a Data Stewards y áreas de negocio para traducir requerimientos de información en especificaciones técnicas de reporting. • Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y confiabilidad de los datos utilizados en la reportería, siguiendo buenas prácticas de gobierno de datos. • Generar análisis e insights que ayuden a identificar tendencias operativas y acompañen decisiones estratégicas. • Explorar y consumir activos de datos gobernados dentro de entornos corporativos y plataformas de datos.
