Senior Account Executive
Paddle
• Build pipeline from leads armed by your Business Development Representative and Marketing counterparts • Responsible for creating self-generated pipeline opportunities • Full sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, carrying out demos through to closing deals • Master Paddle’s product and articulate its value to CTOs, Heads of Product, and CEOs • Work with management and across departments to determine effective approaches for sales opportunities • Identify flaws in products during the sales process and inform sales techniques and product roadmap • Learn and refine new sales skills through training sessions and continuously develop as a thought leader • Mentor new Account Executives as they ramp and learn the process
Job Requirements
- Extensive closing experience in a software or SaaS business, managing multi-threaded sales processes and enterprise deals
- Experience with consultative, value-based selling and a proven track record of exceeding your quota
- Experience selling highly technical products/services
- Great at liaising with prospective clients in person, over the phone and email
- Entrepreneurial attitude which thrives when solving complex challenges
