• Create high-quality technical guides and documentation showing developers how to deploy popular open-source projects on Northflank • Serve as the first point of contact for technical deployment questions from new customers • Lead technical onboarding sessions to help customers understand best practices for deploying on Northflank • Research and identify popular open-source projects that would benefit from deployment guides on Northflank • Become a product expert in Northflank's capabilities and the broader cloud-native ecosystem • Assist with technical demos during sales calls and customer meetings • Proactively identify common customer pain points and work with the product team to address them • Document and share customer success stories and deployment patterns • Build relationships with local developer communities through regular meetup attendance and participation • Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product team to influence product direction • Stay current with cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes best practices • Attend industry events and conferences to engage with the developer community (approximately twice per year)

• Own and drive our marketing North Star metric: you’ll be responsible for increasing the number of people trying Northflank. • SEO Strategy: Own it. From keyword research, backlinking campaigns, and technical SEO. • Paid media: Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Search Ads and LinkedIn. • Community engagement: Build a meaningful presence on Reddit, HN, StackOverflow, and other developer hubs. • Product launches/announcements: Work closely with the product team to craft announcements. • Content creation: Collaborate with the content team to ideate, write, and commission blog posts. • Social media: Lead our LinkedIn strategy and explore other channels. • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with sales and product to align strategies and share insights.

• Own the full cycle: Identify high-value prospects, navigate technical buyer landscapes, deliver compelling product demos, negotiate, and close deals. • Consultative selling: Ask the right questions, listen deeply, and translate technical pain points into tailored solutions—be more of a solutions architect than a script follower. • Collaborate: Work closely with leadership, developer marketing, and product to ensure our messaging hits home. Help shape the sales narrative and refine the strategies that get results. • Iterate the playbook: Don’t expect a fully baked sales process. You’ll experiment, optimize, and own a piece of how we sell and scale. • Get in the field: Travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and events—where you’ll learn, network, and keep a pulse on the market.
