• Detailed design of end-to-end, industry-specific customer processes • Advise our clients on the design and implementation of innovative IT solutions, align requirements and coordinate all necessary activities • Identify suitable options and recommendations from the SAP solution portfolio and develop a solution architecture for the client • Implement solutions and ensure cross-component integration • Identify and develop options to close gaps in the SAP standard portfolio • Analyze and drive goal-oriented development of processes for energy utilities • Take responsibility for governance and management of subprojects and specialist streams • Mentor and coach our consultants • Develop requirement specifications and steer and coordinate their implementation • Conduct client workshops and training sessions • Collaborate with the team on projects, e.g., digitalization, standardization, optimization of complex processes, and the introduction of new SAP-centric platforms
Job Requirements
- University degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Comprehensive knowledge of the energy industry
- Many years of relevant consulting experience in SAP for the energy sector
- Programming skills in an object-oriented language (e.g., ABAP OO or Java)
- Specialization in specific topics of SAP solutions for the energy industry, particularly in areas such as market communication, energy data management, billing, or customer management processes
- Knowledge of software development with a focus on bespoke customer requirements
- Experience in cloud-based SAP projects
- Experience with energy utilities' processes and/or several years' experience in implementing and enhancing SAP systems for the energy sector
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in (IT) project management, both traditional (waterfall) and agile
- Native-level German language skills
- Experience in (SAP) data migration projects is desirable

As a Software Engineer on the Metal Runtime team at Tenstorrent, you'll work on the low-level software that powers our AI accelerators. You'll design fast, efficient runtime systems that run directly on hardware and make our chips shine.
