• Detailed design of end-to-end, industry-specific customer processes • Advise our clients on the design and implementation of innovative IT solutions, align requirements and coordinate all necessary activities • Identify suitable options and recommendations from the SAP solution portfolio and develop a solution architecture for the client • Implement solutions and ensure cross-component integration • Identify and develop options to close gaps in the SAP standard portfolio • Analyze and drive goal-oriented development of processes for energy utilities • Take responsibility for governance and management of subprojects and specialist streams • Mentor and coach our consultants • Develop requirement specifications and steer and coordinate their implementation • Conduct client workshops and training sessions • Collaborate with the team on projects, e.g., digitalization, standardization, optimization of complex processes, and the introduction of new SAP-centric platforms

• Detaillierte Konzeption durchgängiger, branchenspezifischer Kundenprozesse • Abstimmung der Kundenanforderungen und Koordination aller notwendigen Aktivitäten • Projekt- und Teilprojektleitungen bei deutschsprachigen Energieversorgern • Identifikation und Entwicklung von Optionen zur Schließung von Lücken im SAP Standard-Portfolio • Analyse und zielorientierte Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse für Energieversorger • Übernahme von Steuerungsaufgaben für Teilprojekte und Fachstreams • Mentor und Coach für unsere Consultants • Entwicklung von Anforderungskonzepten, sowie Steuerung und Koordination deren Umsetzung. • Durchführung von Kunden-Workshops und Schulungen • Mitarbeit im Team an Projekten, z.B. bei der Digitalisierung, Standardisierung, Optimierung komplexer Prozesse und der Einführung neuer SAP-zentrierter Plattformen.
