Sales Executive
Stronger GmbH
• Conduct initial meetings and sales calls with qualified e-commerce companies • Guide potential partners through the entire sales process • Analyze customer needs and challenges and develop suitable solutions • Create tailored proposals and present services to decision-makers • Maintain and document the sales pipeline in the CRM • Work closely with the founding team and contribute ideas for optimization • Build long-term relationships with exciting brands across the DACH region
Job Requirements
- A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent training
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or as an account executive (ideally in e-commerce or agency settings)
- Experience selling complex B2B services or solutions and successfully closing deals
- Confident presence and clear communication at C-level
- Structured, target-oriented working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- Motivation to take on responsibility
- Good understanding of performance marketing and digital business models (or strong willingness to learn)
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
