Tu rol será liderar la ejecución del roadmap de integraciones, asegurando la entrega continua de valor a través de nuevas conexiones, automatizaciones y mejoras en el ecosistema, con un enfoque pragmático y orientado a resultados. No es un rol tradicional: combinarás gestión del equipo y estrategia con una fuerte ejecución hands-on, construyendo integraciones rápidas. ¿Qué harás con nosotros? - Diseñar e implementar soluciones usando herramientas de automatización y AI (Zapier, Make, N8N, agentes, etc.) - Identificar oportunidades donde IA + automatización puedan reemplazar desarrollos complejos - Construir MVPs rápidos para validar integraciones antes de escalar - Experimentar constantemente con nuevas herramientas que aceleren la construcción del ecosistema - Priorizar y ejecutar integraciones de alto impacto de forma rápida - Construir soluciones usando APIs y herramientas como Zapier, Make o N8N - Orquestar el trabajo del equipo (diseño + desarrollo) asegurando foco y velocidad - Reducir fricciones en la experiencia de conexión de integraciones - Medir uso, adopción e impacto de las integraciones - Iterar constantemente sobre lo construido - Comunicar avances y resultados a stakeholders ¿Cómo usarás IA en el día a día de este rol? - Construir integraciones con AI usando herramientas como Zapier, Make o N8N para conectar sistemas y automatizar flujos sin desarrollo complejo. - Crear MVPs rápidos con apoyo de AI para validar soluciones e iterar en poco tiempo. - Usar AI para optimizar integraciones analizando uso, detectando fricciones y mejorando la adopción. Qualifications - No buscamos un perfil altamente técnico, sino alguien que sepa usar la tecnología como herramienta para ejecutar rápido. - Experiencia práctica construyendo automatizaciones o integraciones simples (no necesariamente complejas). - Interés en desarrollar habilidades en gestión de producto digital (priorización, roadmap, métricas), que formarán parte del rol. - Familiaridad con herramientas no-code/low-code como Zapier, Make, N8N o similares. - Experiencia y fuerte interés en el uso de inteligencia artificial aplicada (ej: automatizaciones con IA, uso de LLMs, agentes, etc.). - Capacidad de entender conceptos técnicos (APIs, webhooks, flujos) sin necesidad de ser desarrollador/a. - Perfil altamente ejecutor: prioriza hacer y aprender sobre la marcha. - Cómodo/a trabajando con ambigüedad y tomando decisiones rápidas. - Formación en áreas de tecnología o afines. - Orientación a generar impacto en el corto plazo con soluciones simples. - Capacidad de coordinar equipos pequeños sin necesidad de estructura compleja. • Redesign how we work with AI • Identify the highest-friction, most time-intensive processes across every department and systematically replace manual effort with intelligent, automated workflows. • Partner with our CEOs and department leads to map current-state operations and define what great looks like with AI embedded end-to-end. • Own the full build cycle from problem identification through to live deployment and adoption. • Build and deploy internal AI agents • Design, build, and maintain reusable AI tools and agents that teams rely on in their daily work. • Create a library of internal AI assets: prompt libraries, agent templates, workflow automations and integrations across our core toolstack. • Ensure tools are robust, documented, and easy for non-technical teammates to pick up and use independently. • Ensure all AI tools, workflows, and third-party integrations are assessed for security, compliance, and data privacy risks before deployment, maintaining governance standards across every implementation. • Drive adoption and upskill the business • Roll out new tools with a structured change management approach making adoption seamless. • Train teams on how to integrate AI into their daily workflows, tailoring sessions to different roles and maturity levels. • Develop playbooks, prompt guides, and best-practice documentation that teams can self-serve from. • Act as the internal go-to for all things AI: fielding questions, unblocking teams, solutionising and maintaining momentum. • Advise on product and support customer-facing work • Partner with the product team to shape how AI capabilities are reflected in our platform roadmap, bringing an inside-out perspective from your operational work. • Consult with customers on their own AI adoption journeys, translating internal learnings into frameworks and guidance that help customers get more value from Kiki - Thrive’s own AI agent. • Partner with customers on their AI transformation, running discovery sessions, shaping implementation plans, and supporting delivery to ensure real-world impact. • Experiment fast and ship quickly • Maintain a live pipeline of AI experiments; rapid-testing new tools, models, and approaches before committing to full builds. • Build MVPs in days, not weeks. • Validate with teams for pilots before scaling to the business. • Stay at the frontier of all AI tooling and proactively bring relevant new capabilities to the business. • Measure and optimise for impact • Define and track productivity metrics such as time saved, manual effort eliminated, adoption rates, and revenue impact. • Build reporting to evidence ROI that demonstrates value and guides prioritisation.

• You analyze clients’ business processes, identify opportunities for AI and automation, provide end-to-end consulting on Microsoft AI and Power Platform solutions, and develop clear solution concepts, target architectures, and technical implementation steps. • You design and develop advanced agents using Copilot Studio — including topic architecture, data integration, plugin integration, and orchestration. • You implement AI scenarios technically based on Azure AI / AI Foundry and integrate them into existing system landscapes. • You design complex Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) and intelligently connect them with AI components. • You conduct technical reviews and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and future-proof. • You run workshops, present architecture concepts, and develop realistic use cases — both internally and externally for our clients. • You take full ownership of technical and domain consulting for clients and can independently represent projects and architectural decisions. • You act as a technical mentor for our junior consultants in the AI space, establish best practices and reusable templates, and actively drive the sustainable development of internal AI competencies.
