• Independently develop AC concepts for PV systems, energy storage, charging infrastructure and energy management, including metering, meter, protection and control concepts as well as direct marketing • Thorough understanding of applicable standards and regulations (e.g., VDE 4105 & 4110, utility connection rules/TAB, etc.) • Select primary components (enclosures, AC combiner boxes, routers, etc.) and hand over to electrical drafting • Responsible for timely grid connection applications, approvals and provision of certification documents • Approve Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) and ensure declarations of conformity • Perform and verify cable calculations and review plans prepared by junior engineers • Conduct technical site surveys, inspections and document the results • Work closely with sales, project management and grid operators • Pass on expertise to junior colleagues and support the team with technical questions • Willingness to travel for site inspections and commissioning of projects under your responsibility

• Uphold Hydrite Chemical’s Mission and Vision Statements through internal and customer centrism. • Quote and specify project, preventative maintenance and service requests, assigned by the Field Process Manager. • Study industry trends and be engaged in understanding what our competition is focusing on. • Be an acting OEM and Vendor liaison. • Conduct industry appropriate training for our customers and Hydrite staff. • Participate in plant surveys to identify and quantify customer, prospect and Field Service needs. • Manage own project list. • Support effective communication in all Hydrite Chemical business units. • Communicate effectively and efficiently with their acting Manager and corresponding Sales Team. • Support and execute current and new customer chemical trials to achieve defined performance objectives. • Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned. • Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. • Work with other staff members to maintain workload balances. • Handle and troubleshoot requests from tech support and internal teams, including root cause analysis of complex issues (HTTP flows, API errors, web integrations, browser/client-side errors, performance problems). • Standardize solutions, prepare and maintain clear instructions and playbooks for L1 and L2 engineers. • Investigate product bugs and customer-facing errors, participate in their resolution together with Product and Engineering teams. • Proactively analyze logs to identify root causes, performance bottlenecks, and unusual patterns. • Analyze existing problems in production systems and set well-defined tasks for Engineers to fix them. • Automate routine and repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency. • Take part in on-call duties for incidents and help improve our monitoring, alerting, and response processes.
