Who You Are: As a Product Success Associate (PSA) supporting the Drug & Occ Health Screening (DOHS) product line, the primary responsibility of this position is to support the sales and client success teams with growth of FADV's DOHS client base. Through continuous and effective partnership with FADVs commercial teams, the PSA will support new business development, proactively share necessary insight, and facilitate new ideas for generating demand of DOHS products and services. What You'll Do: - Provide subject matter guidance in the drug-free workplace and occupational health screening domains - Share insight with FADV commercial teams and support the management and pursuit of new DOHS business opportunities - Collaborate closely with commercial teams to scope prospective and existing client screening and workflow requirements - Map client screening and workflow requirements to FADV products and functional capabilities, identify gaps and omissions, and present DOHS solutions to enhance client programs - Collaborate closely with DOHS teams to meet client ordering/fulfillment requirements, and to ensure go-live readiness - Develop innovative ways to improve client experience and mitigate client risk - Provide commercial teams with tools and education related to DOHS products, pricing and processes including support for DOHS Knowledge Hub /Sharepoint content - Close collaboration with DOHS product management, product fulfillment and operations teams to stay up-to-date on changes and share feedback and ideas for improvement What You May Need to be Successful: - Build and maintain strong rapport with commercial and product line teams - Consistently exercise strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration, and manage objections/conflict - Maintain strong management, communication and presentation acumen - Ensure strong organization and prioritization of work responsibilities and projects - Effectively address technical and non-technical issues to produce positive outcomes - Maintain proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other business software - Minimum four (4) years of related work experience - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or related experience - Prior experience in the workplace drug and health screening domain preferred Why First Advantage is Your Next Big Career Move First Advantage is going through a technology transformation! As an Adoption Lead – EHR, you will work directly with the EHR Program Director to define, operationalise, and drive execution of the ANZ Dedalus EHR implementation program aligned with the ORBIS EMR offering. You will lead Dedalus’ overall strategy and planning for change management and training, including tools and artefacts to be used as part of the Dedalus Implementation Methodology.
