• Proactively source, qualify, and close new business to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by Audiohook Corporation • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution-selling, negotiating, and closing new contracts • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships, including driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date records of pipeline activity in the company CRM • Collaborate with internal teams including client services, marketing, and product to ensure optimal client satisfaction and account growth • Maintain current knowledge of the digital audio advertising landscape, competitive offerings, and Audiohook products and solutions • Represent Audiohook Corporation with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering value to clients • Employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned by management, consistent with the objectives of the position and the needs of Audiohook Corporation
Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in digital advertising, adtech, programmatic, SaaS, or related industries
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (100%+ quota attainment)
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, qualifying, and closing net-new business opportunities
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, including renewals and upsells
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills, with the ability to tie offerings to client business outcomes
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer sales cycles
- Solid understanding of digital media and marketing performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPM, conversion rate, etc.)
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, or the digital media buying ecosystem preferred
- Experience or interest in audio, podcast, or streaming media advertising is a strong plus
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills across outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Highly organized with experience maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with client success, marketing, and product teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
