This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries while partnering closely with HR, Finance, and payroll sysytems. Key Responsibilities: Global Payroll Administration - Process and support end-to-end global payroll operations using ADP Streamline / ADP Celergo. - Ensure accurate salary calculations, variable compensation payments, and employee deductions. - Partner with ADP and HR to ensure compliance with country-specific tax regulations, social contributions, benefits, and statutory requirements. - Maintain strong relationships with global payroll vendors and stay current on local regulatory updates. - Review and ensure timely completion of quarterly and annual filings, statutory payments, and required government submissions. - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and professional support. - Recommend process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Payroll Accounting & Reporting - Prepare and review payroll-related journal entries across multiple countries. - Perform account reconciliations and ensure proper accounting treatment of payroll transactions. - Support internal controls and compliance with company accounting policies. - Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness. Systems & Process Optimization - Review and validate integrations between HRIS and payroll systems to ensure data integrity. - Identify and resolve system discrepancies in partnership with internal teams and vendors. - Participate in automation initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts. - Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, controls, and overall payroll operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, and global business stakeholders. - Communicate proactively with leadership regarding risks, compliance matters, or process gaps. - Maintain a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset when working across regions and time zones. Essential Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. - 0–2 years of accounting or payroll experience. - Experience with global payroll environments preferred. - Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. - High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, global environment. • Process and deliver accurate German payrolls that meet client and statutory requirements • Perform data checks and validations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance • Maintain clear and audit-ready payroll documentation • Submit required reports and declarations to German authorities • Keep our payroll systems updated to reflect legal and organizational changes • Collaborate with senior payroll experts and support during busy periods • Respond to routine client requests and generate reports • Take part in ongoing learning, including German payroll training and job shadowing

• Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations • Establish, update, and maintain payroll records and analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate payroll in line with the legislation of Germany • Prepare and submit statutory declarations for authorities • Complete controls and cross-checking on payroll results • Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll • Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing • Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and continued accuracy of payroll processing, ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations • Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance • Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports, handle special client requests • Partner with Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Operations

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing across Dropbox’s EMEA and APAC entities, partnering with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll delivery • Prepare and validate payroll inputs, review payroll outputs, and help resolve issues before final sign-off to maintain a strong control environment • Support payroll funding and post-payroll activities, including journal preparation, accruals, cross-charge entries, and other payroll accounting deliverables • Respond to employee payroll questions and prepare supporting documentation such as salary certificates and other payroll-related correspondence • Assist with statutory and regulatory obligations, including local payroll submissions, year-end reporting, and other compliance-related activities • Support payroll reconciliations, audit requests, financial statement support, and internal control documentation • Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and operational enhancements that help scale and strengthen international payroll operations
