• Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources. • Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health and well-being strategies. • Ensure adherence to departmental protocols and industry best practices. • Deliver services in a culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful manner. • Apply sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Educate clients regarding available resources and program services. • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all client interactions. • Stay informed on emerging behavioral health trends, resources, and best practices. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care. • Maintain strict adherence to medical confidentiality and applicable data protection regulations.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related behavioral health field from a recognized institution is required.
- Where the applicable professional regulatory framework recognizes a Bachelor's-level qualification as the standard entry-level professional credential, combined with relevant post-qualification experience may be considered equivalent.
- Candidates must meet all educational and experiential requirements for eligibility for professional practice and/or licensure or registration with the applicable regulatory authority in their jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Singapore language (Malay, Mandarin and/or Tamil).
- Recognized health or wellness coaching credentials preferred.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments preferred.

Essential Duties: - Provide on-demand consulting services to SaaSCG NetSuite clients who have completed their implementations. - Evaluate and document customer requirements. - Guide customers through SCG best practices that, if implemented, may resolve the requirement. - In concert with the customer; design, test, and implement Netsuite functionality to successfully implement those solutions. - Escalate tasks or enhancements to other SaaSCG NetSuite team members with either specialized skills and/or familiarity with the client’s environment and business processes. - Provide on-demand learning assistance to clients, including navigation, workflows and saved search creation. - Take a hands-on approach with architecture, troubleshooting and providing solutions/fixes for complex business requirements. - Triage requests and identify resolution timeframes for fixes and/or system changes. - Ability to focus on client service and striving to exceed clients’ expectations. Qualifications - At least 2 years experience in practical sales operations, sales, marketing, systems consulting, project management, or operational/accounting role(s). - At least 2 years experience as an advanced NetSuite (or similar Accounting/ERP system) user or consultant, with specific focus in Advanced Financials (NetSuite OneWorld Architecture/Global Consolidations and Multi-Book experience preferred), Order to Cash and Revenue Processes (ASC606, Advanced Revenue Management and Fair Value Allocation experience preferred). - Takes initiative to learn new business processes/applications as needed and use strong analytical problem solving skills to address client needs. - Strong ambition to become a subject matter expert in NetSuite features and functions to support end-to-end implementation and optimization projects. - Excellent communication skills, and ability to foster internal and customer relationships. - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or other related disciplines. - NetSuite Certifications highly preferred (ERP, ARM, Multi-Book, Financial User, Administrator, SuiteFoundation, etc.). - Zone Advanced Billing experience strongly preferred. - Ability to travel as needed. Requirements - Regular business hours are 9 am to 6 pm CST, regardless of whether working on site or remotely, unless a customer engagement establishes different working hours. - Attendance/participation in customer meetings and calls is a critical part of our business – availability (or lack thereof) must be clearly communicated in advance. - At all times, Supervisors must be made aware of work schedules, work locations, personal time off (“PTO”), etc., and PTO must be approved in advance and may be subject to limitations depending on customer projects and key milestones/delivery dates. - Unless on approved PTO, all emails and phone calls must be responded to within one (1) business day, but preferably, by end of the same business day.
