Job Requirements

  • +10 Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables collaborating with development and/or data teams
  • Experience managing large, diverse projects and parallel workstreams with external clients
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent proactivity and self-starter skills are required
  • Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environments, navigate ambiguity
  • Experience leading and coaching team members
  • Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence is a must
  • Proven experience in both Agile methodologies (e.g.: Scrum, Kanban, or other) and Waterfall are required.
  • Certifications are desired
  • Experience leading GenAI, ML or Data Engineering projects desired
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and/or data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks desired
