SAP HR IT Global Integration
AUMOVIO
• Oversee the HR IT regional platforms and foundations, including but not limited to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, SAP CI. • Support HR IT Global integration topics, Implementation of HR IT Master Data Management solutions, utilizing both cloud and on-premise technologies. • Utilizes knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to support business needs. • Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow. • Perform and act as a Technology Expert in HR end-to-end Business processes and configuration. • Define for global guidelines for HCM Developments and Operations • Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility. • Drive innovations and improve existing technologies. • Create innovative business solutions using ABAP and other technologies such as object-oriented programming, reports, FI interfaces, • Design and develop reliable, sustainable, best practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations. • Provide expert level end to end business process consulting to internal customers, serving as the IT partner and provider at a Regional level for HR departments, Center of Excellence, and HR Services. • Liaison with HR Operation and IT community to understand needs, develop IT-concepts and blueprints, implement systems solutions and evaluate success. • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and technologies. • Ensure optimization of HR-IT technical landscape, platforms and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture and roadmap.
Job Requirements
- Masters Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or Computer science related field
- 5 - 10 years of IT or Industry working experience.
- Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, esp. but not limited to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master Data Management, Architecture Management.
- SAP ABAP programming for HCM, esp. interface techniques
- A passion for development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows
- Project management skills (Minimum 5 years relevant SAP project experience)
- Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills
- Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
- High customer-orientation and interpersonal skills
- Intercultural sensitivity, preferably working experience in the international team
- Working knowledge or experience with HR business processes
- Language spoken- English
- Open to travel up to 10%, incl. business trips abroad

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees • Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. • Administer employee benefits programs and benefit communications. • Administer all employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, personal leaves, and other time-off requests. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and personnel files. • Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions. • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and resolving discrepancies.
• Participate in the design and deployment of key HR processes • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers • Produce HR reporting and contribute to compensation policy matters • Raise awareness among all employees and managers about HR policies • Design and lead talent development initiatives • Take part in international-scale projects within the firm
