• Elicits (assesses and negotiates) quality-related requirements during quotes and acquisitions • Defines the quality targets and plans quality assurance measures based on internal and customer requirements (e.g. QA-Plan, Customer APQP) • Approves the process tailoring for the assigned process areas • Assesses regularly and independently the project and reports the project QA status (work product maturity and process conformance) • Performs release audits and provides release recommendations • Identifies process improvements based on the project work • Initiates corrective actions for product and process non-conformities and escalates if applicable • Supports and coaches the project team in quality and process related items • Coordinates the QA measures with other QA-related roles in the project (e.g. customer quality, QMPP, NPLM, SQM …) • Supports internal and external audits (e.g. Safe Launch, PPAP, VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, …) • Coordinate QMS implementation within local segment team (PM, R&D etc.) • Fast response / joint analysis support at customer side. Technical Support for Customers. • Support critical quality issue coordination, monitoring & reporting. • Interface between global Customer Quality ESS and plant • Other quality relevant tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Oversee the HR IT regional platforms and foundations, including but not limited to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, SAP CI. • Support HR IT Global integration topics, Implementation of HR IT Master Data Management solutions, utilizing both cloud and on-premise technologies. • Utilizes knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to support business needs. • Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow. • Perform and act as a Technology Expert in HR end-to-end Business processes and configuration. • Define for global guidelines for HCM Developments and Operations • Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility. • Drive innovations and improve existing technologies. • Create innovative business solutions using ABAP and other technologies such as object-oriented programming, reports, FI interfaces, • Design and develop reliable, sustainable, best practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations. • Provide expert level end to end business process consulting to internal customers, serving as the IT partner and provider at a Regional level for HR departments, Center of Excellence, and HR Services. • Liaison with HR Operation and IT community to understand needs, develop IT-concepts and blueprints, implement systems solutions and evaluate success. • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and technologies. • Ensure optimization of HR-IT technical landscape, platforms and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture and roadmap.

• Responsible for the successful delivery of SAP APO Demand Planning solutions • Conduct system analysis and provide relevant APO DP system configuration according to business requirements • Provides functional and technical support and implement solutions • Define and create authorization concepts and roles in SAP • Design and develop ABAP programming requirements within the functional modules of APO DP • Familiarity with development of SAP APO macros, ABAP basics • Experience in the development of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) between SAP BW and APO • Knowledge of integration between SAP ECC and APO • Ability to manage master and transactional data relevant to planning • In-depth analysis and debugging of existing programs, interfaces • Understanding of project management frameworks used in SAP implementations
