• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 issues across .NET applications, integrations, APIs, and Azure services. • Perform root cause analysis on backend services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, web apps, and SQL databases. • Monitor application health and performance using Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, and workbooks. • Execute functional, regression, and integration testing, and support UAT cycles for application updates. • Validate Azure deployments, configurations, and environment health in partnership with DevOps/Infrastructure teams. • Deliver small enhancements, bug fixes, refactoring, and API debugging within the .NET codebase. • Support release management activities, including pre- and post-release validation and documentation. • Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring improvements, and operational efficiency using Azure services.
