Job Description We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our voice/contact center engineering team and help develop, support, and continuously improve cloud-based IVR applications. TheSenior Java Developer with IVR Developer will work with project teams, third-party suppliers, internal IT teams, and business partners to develop, support, and improve voice contact center systems. The role requires a strong understanding of IVR platforms, solid troubleshooting skills, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. In this role, you will develop and maintain cloud-based, stateful IVR applications aligned with business and technical requirements. Responsibilities include hands-on development, collaboration with project managers, application configuration using SQL, and implementing operational improvements to deliver a reliable, high-quality IVR experience for millions of customers. • Designing and building backend systems for high-frequency trading, derivatives settlement infrastructure, and client-facing fullstack applications • Architecting distributed systems (consistency protocols, multi-service communication, asynchronous queues, real-time processing) • Owning database design and optimization across relational, time-series, flat-file, and OLAP systems • Building and maintaining production infrastructure (CI/CD, containerized deployments, monitoring, tracing, alerting) • Implementing backend security (JWT authentication, WAF configuration, least-privilege systems) • Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform

• Own and evolve the codebase, from development to deployment, observability, and security. • Build systems that interpret task descriptions and design docs (Jira, Confluence, Docs). • Use LLMs to detect insecure code patterns and deviations from best practices. • Create and maintain APIs powering the UI and internal services. • Build secure connections with Atlassian, Google Workspace, GitHub, and support enterprise auth. • Design and manage databases to keep our product fast and reliable. • Ensure low-latency, high-availability systems for enterprise-level users. • Use IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile workflows (Kanban).
