About The Role We’re looking for a Manager, Enterprise & Strategic Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and deal progression within our Enterprise and Strategic segments. This role sits at the center of our most complex revenue motion, partnering closely with Sales leadership to engage senior decision-makers, support active opportunities, and accelerate high-value deals. You will oversee a small team responsible for account-based marketing and event operations while designing integrated marketing programs that align digital, field, and outbound channels to influence key accounts. As a people manager, this role is responsible for defining objectives, prioritizing work across multiple initiatives, and ensuring the team executes against pipeline targets and strategic business goals. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational leadership, bringing structure to complex initiatives and translating high-level objectives into plans that generate revenue. Key Responsibilities - Own the marketing strategy and execution supporting Enterprise and Strategic pipeline generation and progression. - Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with account priorities, deal cycles, and strategic growth objectives. - Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives including account-based programs, executive events, industry conferences, and targeted campaigns. - Oversee and develop a small team responsible for ABM execution and event operations, ensuring work is prioritized and aligned to revenue goals. - Manage complex initiatives that require coordination across marketing, sales, partnerships, product marketing, and RevOps. - Design multi-touch engagement strategies that combine field experiences, outbound programs, digital campaigns, and executive relationship building. - Monitor performance of Enterprise marketing initiatives and provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership. - Identify operational improvements and recommend new processes or systems that improve the effectiveness of marketing programs. - Build trusted relationships with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to influence decisions and ensure successful program execution. Skills and Qualifications - Minimum of 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong exposure to enterprise marketing and the nonprofit sector. - Experience leading multi-channel marketing programs that influence revenue. - Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into operational plans. - Experience managing marketing team members. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, RevOps, and executive stakeholders. - Ability to analyze complex situations and prioritize initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact. - Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve and initiatives require iterative planning. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present plans, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. - Experience supporting high-value sales motions and building programs designed to influence executive decision-makers.
