Enterprise Account Executive

• Own and deliver new ARR, expansion ARR, and cloud conversion revenue for FirstSpirit CMS within your assigned enterprise territory, consistently maintaining 4x pipeline coverage and closing complex deals ranging from €500K to €5M+ ARR across multiple buying centres • Lead on-premise to SaaS migration conversations as a core sales motion, articulating cloud value, ROI, and long-term customer success outcomes to drive conversion • Develop and execute territory and account plans, generating pipeline through SDR-led outbound, marketing-driven inbound, partner referrals, Customer Success expansion opportunities, and self-sourced strategic outreach • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain strong CRM hygiene, proactively managing deal risk, timelines, and stakeholder alignment throughout the sales cycle • Build trusted relationships with C-level, VP, and line-of-business leaders across Marketing, Digital, Product, and Engineering, navigating complex enterprise buying processes including procurement, IT, security, and legal • Educate prospects and customers on Digital Experience, CMS, and cloud architecture concepts, maintaining executive presence and composure during challenging negotiations and change-driven conversations • Work closely with agency and technology partners to co-sell, expand footprint, and accelerate deal velocity, leveraging partner ecosystems to support cloud migrations and enterprise rollouts • Travel as required to support enterprise deals and partner engagements (minimum 50% travel expected)
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in an enterprise environment, with a strong preference for background in Digital Experience, CMS, MarTech, or adjacent enterprise software
- Proven track record of closing €500K–€5M+ ARR deals with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Demonstrated ability to sell subscription-based, cloud SaaS solutions with solid technical understanding of enterprise software, cloud models, and integration-driven platforms
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions
- Executive-level communication skills with the credibility and presence to engage effectively across both business and technical audiences, including C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- High frustration tolerance and emotional resilience, with the ability to respond to shifting priorities and change-heavy environments with confidence, clarity, and composure
- Strong personal drive to win, paired with a strategic mindset and the hands-on execution discipline to follow through independently
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with agency and technology partners, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent professional experience.
