• Send outbound text messages to warm homeowner leads using approved scripts • Call homeowners as soon as they respond to secure and confirm appointments • Confirm key appointment details such as homeowner identity, availability, address, and preferred schedule • Ask a few basic qualification questions, including whether the customer has a battery and the amount of their most recent electricity bill • Keep conversations simple, clear, and focused on scheduling • Escalate technical questions or unusual concerns to the appropriate point of contact • Accurately log activity, appointment outcomes, and customer details in the tracker • Meet daily outreach and appointment setting targets while maintaining quality and consistency • Follow the approved script closely and apply feedback during training and calibration sessions
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone based and text-based customer interactions
- Able to follow scripts, instructions, and process guidelines consistently
- High level of responsiveness, discipline, and reliability during working hours
- Comfortable asking basic questions and confirming appointment details accurately
- Good listening skills and the ability to keep conversations on track
- Basic computer skills and comfort using spreadsheets, dialers, messaging tools, or CRM platforms
- Able to work an overnight or Eastern Time aligned schedule depending on location

Role Description Our client is a leader in the home remodeling industry, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality residential bathroom renovations and exceptional customer experiences. They're seeking a Lead Appointment Setter who will be responsible for scheduling qualified appointments between the company and potential customers. Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary for this role. Other skills required for this job include: - Quick learner - Team worker - Multitasking - Proficient in the use of CRM software (Salesforce, Hatch, Ring Central, etc.) A Lead Setter should be capable of identifying a potential customer, reaching them over the phone, and scheduling a qualified appointment. Responsibilities - Making outgoing phone calls to the prospects included in the Salesforce system (call queue). - Assisting customers during calls to understand their projects and determine if they qualify for an appointment. - Answering incoming phone calls from organic prospects and aiding customers. - Managing the Hatch system and contacting customers via text message. - Following up on leads until an appointment is scheduled or disqualified. - Making outgoing calls to customers who contact the company directly via email. - Preparing before making outgoing calls by verifying necessary information. - Closing the lead contact process by scheduling appointments, disqualifying leads, or selecting a Re-Call option in Salesforce. - Managing all call queues. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting. - Excellent English level both written and spoken. - Bilingual in English and Spanish. - Strong computer skills with access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection. - Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities. - Detail-oriented and organized. - Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
