Job Description
Full-Time Video Editor - Dental Marketing
Dental Media Corp
About the Role We run paid advertising campaigns for dental practices across North America. We produce a high volume of ad creatives — green screen videos, UGC-style talking head ads, before/after transformations, and short-form social content — and we need a dedicated editor who can keep up with the pace and grow with us. This is not a "send you files and wait 5 days" kind of role. You'll be on calls with us regularly to go over new ideas, review edits in real time, and stay aligned on what we're producing. Communication and speed matter just as much as skill. What You'll Be Doing - Editing green screen ad videos (keying, background replacement, text overlays, transitions) - Cutting and polishing UGC-style talking head ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - Creating before/after transformation videos for dental implant and cosmetic dentistry campaigns - Producing short-form content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and paid social - Working from scripts, raw footage, and creative briefs — often with fast turnarounds - Jumping on video calls to review edits, discuss new concepts, and receive feedback in real time - Managing and organizing project files and assets - As you learn our creative style and understand how our campaigns work, you'll take ownership of UGC campaigns — sourcing content, managing edits, and presenting finished creatives to the team for approval. This isn't just an editing role — there's real opportunity to grow into a creative lead position as we scale.
Job Requirements
- Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing tool)
- Comfortable with CapCut for quick social edits
- Experience with green screen / chroma key work
- Strong sense of pacing, text placement, and visual storytelling for ads
- Reliable internet and availability during North American business hours for calls and communication
- Responsive communicator — you reply quickly, flag issues early, and don't go dark
- Able to turn around edits within 12–24 hours on most projects
- Nice to Have
- After Effects for motion graphics or animated text
- Experience editing ads or direct response marketing content
- Familiarity with Meta ad formats and specs
- Basic thumbnail or static image design skills
Benefits
- Fully remote position — work from anywhere. Long-term role with consistent work and stable monthly pay. Weekly calls with the team so you're never working in the dark. Creative input encouraged — you're not just pressing buttons, you'll have a say in the direction of our ad creatives. Room to grow as we scale and take on more clients. Opportunity to grow beyond editing into creative strategy and campaign ownership as you learn the business.
