• Own the vision and roadmap for the Teaching Squad, focusing on creating a seamless, forward-thinking experience for educators. • Lead the squad in a high-velocity environment where we **prototype fast and learn faster**. • Get into the classroom (physically or virtually) to deeply understand teacher pain points and validate ideas through quick cycles of discovery. • Design high-impact features that feel like "superpowers," allowing teachers to accomplish in seconds what used to take hours. • Partner with design and engineering to build experiences that are not just functional, but deeply engaging and intuitive. • Collaborate with pedagogy specialists to ensure that what we’re building is grounded in learning science and proven to drive real student growth.

• Define product features and ensure they align with the overall product strategy. • Develop and refine the product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver measurable business value. • Oversee the development of new features, balancing customer needs with budget and technical constraints. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications align with the desired user experience. • Utilize industry expertise, customer insights, and market research to inform product decisions and enhancements. • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Strategy, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle. • Plan and execute product releases, managing timelines and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. • Engage with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, meet KPIs, and enhance customer value. • Promote an agile, customer-centric culture focused on innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

• Subject matter expert (SME) and process owner for Drug Product (DP) manufacturing of a small molecule used in non-sterile dosage forms • Oversee all technical drug product manufacturing aspects (fully under GMP) for a small molecule manufactured at an external manufacturer • Lead the technical workstreams of product transfers from development to commercial site and between commercial sites, scale-up activities, process validations and oversees manufacturing of Drug product with a small molecule at external manufacturers for projects in clinical and commercial phase • Lead internal activities related to external manufacturing such as process change assessments, major/critical deviations, risk assessments and CAPAs • Review and supervise set up, execution and documentation of DP related technical studies (CMC development and commercial operations), process and equipment qualifications and validations • Write and review applicable sections in registration files, variations and market expansion • Issue, review and approve applicable internal and external SOP's and external manufacturer manufacturing instructions • Contribute during set up of new analytical specifications and stability programs and review changes thereof • Support in sourcing evaluation of new Drug product small molecules, hard-gelatine capsule based alternative contract manufacturers and participation in developing supply and quality agreements • Be aware of external manufacturing technology advancements, understand and introduce new technologies and how they may be applicable to process innovation, cost or yield improvement
