• Define product features and ensure they align with the overall product strategy. • Develop and refine the product roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver measurable business value. • Oversee the development of new features, balancing customer needs with budget and technical constraints. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications align with the desired user experience. • Utilize industry expertise, customer insights, and market research to inform product decisions and enhancements. • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Strategy, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle. • Plan and execute product releases, managing timelines and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. • Engage with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, meet KPIs, and enhance customer value. • Promote an agile, customer-centric culture focused on innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
