• Work closely with customers to design and implement cloud architectures on Gcore • Build and deliver hands-on MVPs and proof-of-concept solutions for non-standard customer onboarding scenarios • Help clients deploy and configure: Virtual machines and bare metal servers, VPCs, networks, subnets, routing, security groups, and load balancers, Kubernetes clusters and related services, Container registries and containerized applications • Troubleshoot and debug: Network connectivity, routing, DNS, and security issues, Kubernetes cluster problems (pods, services, ingress, deployments, scaling, etc.) • Analyze existing customer infrastructures and: Identify bottlenecks and single points of failure, Propose improvements for performance, reliability, cost, and security • Create and maintain technical documentation, reference architectures, and best practices • Participate in customer calls, workshops, and demos, explaining complex technical concepts in clear and simple language • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Engineering, Product) to resolve complex cases and improve the platform • Act as a proactive, trusted advisor for customers, anticipating potential issues and suggesting preventive measures

• Lead end-to-end implementation programs & projects for Veeva Network and Veeva CRM, ensuring delivery against global standards while accommodating local market requirements. • Establish, mentor, and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and capability growth to ensure long-term sustainability of the solutions. • Act as a trusted partner for senior business stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective management of differing priorities across global, regional, and local levels. • Define functional requirements, oversee solution design, and collaborate with Veeva, Salesforce, and integration teams on data models, workflows, and platform alignment. • Shape governance frameworks to maintain data quality, lifecycle management, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and transparency reporting. • Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and customer engagement platforms, maximizing value creation across commercial and medical functions. • Lead planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and change management activities, ensuring successful adoption and long-term business impact. • Contribute insights on industry trends and emerging best practices to shape the roadmap and ensure that solutions remain future-ready.

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems that align with the strategic goals of an organization • Assist in evaluating business needs, research and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes • Gathers, analyzes, and reports on data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions • Work with our Integrations team to develop and maintain knowledge of integration capability • Develop a deep understanding of the product to assist with data preparation, analysis, and conversion • Align with the Project Management Office to follow common processes, methodology and framework for implementation • Documents business processes and/or system functionality • Develops and maintains the corporate knowledge base for ERP and ancillary applications • Support existing manufacturing and shop floor solutions by resolving issues and creating opportunities for continuous improvements • Collaborate with the implementation team to provide early life support for initiatives and transition information to teams responsible for long term system health and supportability • Collaborate with plant teams and product vendors to implement new operations and shop floor solutions • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
