Role Description We are looking for a Business Email Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of experience, who has strong communications skills and strategic business orientation. As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, your role is to reach users through email and push notification campaigns thanks to a successful customer retention strategy. - The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the design and execution of the B2C email marketing campaigns for our online business verticals. - Design and implement multi-stage customer journeys that increase engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. - Automate customer workflows. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI. - Weekly and monthly reporting of channel performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. - Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey. - Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy. - Keep up to date on the industry with new features, technology, and AI. - Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience. - Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features. - Create newsletters in order to promote customer engagement. - Ensure email campaigns follow industry policies and best practices and keep up to date about the technology industry. Qualifications - At least 5 years hands-on technical experience building, executing, and supporting complex email, SMS, and push solutions. - Previous credible experience of CRM / email campaign management. - Experience of using marketing automation software (ExpertSender, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, etc.). - Proven experience of database marketing, analysis, segmentation, and customer profiling. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with proven ability to make decisions based on data. - Strong communication skills, confidence when presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - Proven knowledge of data analysis tools (Amplitude, BI tools). - Strong marketing capabilities. - HTML & CSS knowledge. - Strong knowledge of email deliverability and IP and domain reputation and troubleshooting. - Proven A/B testing and experimentation experience. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Team player.
